118: Hutch's 20 inch Trike

This trike is on 20 inch wheels. Both chain sprockets were changed to allow for lower
speed and ease of peddling. It is a nice riding cargo tricycle.

117: Hutch's 26 inch Trike

The above tricycle is on a 26 inch Huffy frame. This trike uses a three speed hub, with

coaster brake on rear wheel. Front wheels have caliper brakes. Since picture a
chain guard, front light and tail light, have been installed.

116: Hutch's 2nd Trike

I built two of with this configuration using bicycles with 10 inch wheels. The girls
love their tricycles. No one in the neigborhood have one like these, and everyone
wants to try it out.

115: Hutch's First Trike

Above is the first cargo tricycle I built. This trike is not well proportioned and does not fit the riders well. It is too narrow at the front wheels and the power unit tips to an extreme into a turn. The next four trikes fit the riders and the turn lean/tilt is less, far more comfortable.

113: Frank's Recumbent

Basket with home brewed mount for Sun AX-1 aluminum short wheelbase recumbent(the frame was shortened 12" and rewelded). Recumbents are very comfortable to ride (no numbness).

112: Don's Xtracycle

I've been hauling groceries and kids up steep hills in Seattle with a Rans Hammer Truck cargo bike with a BionX motor.

You can see a video of the bike in action at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIea5W4U8Wc

I also write a blog about my experiences with this bike at http://MyCargoBike.net
